This unit has one of the highest volume traffic areas in the state. It is surrounded by multiple business parks and attractions- two casinos, two amphitheaters, Historic St. Charles Main Street, Bass Pro, St. Charles Convention Center and the new residential and commercial Streets of St. Charles community. Lindenwood University is located just to the West, across the Blanchette Bridge. Daily congestion is frequently an issue in this area as residents and commuters are traveling from St. Louis County to St. Charles County.
